Since 1987, we have been a reference partner for the supply of containers and accessories for cosmetic packaging, combining functionality, design and sustainability.
Steba is strongly committed to sustainable solutions, using recyclable and recycled materials to support an eco‑friendly production cycle. All products are designed to meet international quality standards and to reduce environmental impact.
Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in innovative solutions, such as PCR (post‑consumer recycled) resins and refill systems, that respond to market trends and the needs of an increasingly environmentally conscious industry.
“What is now our company,” Barbara and Stefania Incerti Baldi tell us, “was born in 1987 from an intuition of our father Andrea: to provide the most complete range of cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging solutions to companies, large but also medium-small. For us, today, the same challenge continues, in a market that is, however, increasingly dynamic and competitive. That is why it is with flexibility, reliability and a spirit of initiative that we have characterized the development of our company, creating over time our own distinctive commercial approach.”

“Over all these years, we have met many people,” Stefania concludes. “Suppliers, customers, collaborators. Some have just passed on; others have stayed and established a relationship of true trust and mutual esteem with us. Some, unfortunately, left us forever. Davide was a friend, as well as an integral part of Steba. We will miss him.”
In addition to being an innovative company in cosmetic packaging, Steba Srl is actively involved in social work. Since 2018, we have been supporting PizzAut, a project that promotes the inclusion of people with autism through catering, and the association “The Strength and the Smile,” which supports women undergoing cancer treatment.

Our Story
Steba was born from the entrepreneurial vision of Andrea Incerti Baldi, who founded the company in 1987 with the goal of offering complete solutions for cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging.
Since 1995, management of the company has passed into the hands of Barbara and Stefania Incerti Baldi, who have continued to develop and consolidate the company’s success.
In 2015, the passing of Barbara Incerti Baldi marked a moment of great sorrow for the company, but also the beginning of a new phase, where Barbara’s legacy lives on through the commitment, creativity and ethics that have always distinguished her.
Steba is now a fast-growing company, ready to respond to market challenges with energy, passion and innovation.

Apply matte or glossy finishes with a true mirror effect (gold, silver, copper, etc.).
Glossy, matte or soft‑touch finishes, with environmentally friendly water-based colors and spray or baked application, applicable on plastic, glass or alloys.
Precise printing on curved or irregular surfaces, suitable for glass, plastic and metal.
Pressure‑sensitive (PS) labels printed digitally or by traditional processes.
This technique is ideal for plastic and glass, on both flat and curved surfaces.
