Having inherited their father’s company in 1995, the two businesswomen have celebrated their now thirty-five years of a brilliant career in cosmetic packaging, thanks in part to a close-knit staff put together by ‘elective affinities.’

The family experienced with grief the passing of Barbara Incerti Baldi.
The company resolutely picks up the baton.
Barbara’s innovation, entrepreneurship, and ability and desire to bet on the future is an important legacy.
