What projects or goals have you set for the coming months?

Regarding goals, the first and most important goal for 2020 is to continue the path of “presence.”

Being there for our customers, for suppliers, for our own company and for the projects we believe in.

A 360-degree involvement that is the soul of the Steba Company project, which aims to be a partner and referent for the growth, development and service of cosmetic packaging.

Cosmoprof, the leading cosmetics fair

The first major appointment of the year 2020 is Cosmoprof.
Steba has been participating for years; I, personally, since 1993.
The fair is a world leader in the cosmetics industry and is an important time for companies, suppliers and customers to come together.
This is the time when the customer participates in the first person: an institutional phase in which Steba meets and confronts the needs of national buyers.
It’s a showcase: being present every year creates an unmissable and very useful continuity of “dialogue” with customers.

I take this opportunity to invite you to the March 12-15, 2020 event to be held in Bologna:

Steba and environmentally sustainable packaging

Another important goal is related to a topic that has already been widely addressed: The sustainability and recyclability of plastic packaging..
You can learn more by reading our dedicated article:
“Recycled plastic packaging and scenario”

Despite the various issues already outlined, I believe that this is the right historical moment to believe in and convey the potential of bio-packaging.
Green is a moral duty, but also a business opportunity, which should be seized with enthusiasm and not avoided as a threat.

In other words, we try to convey our green sensibility.
And what better showcase than Cosmoprof?
Last year we came up with a green setting in our booth with green lawns and with recycled cardboard furniture.
The booth was very popular with patrons, onlookers and potential customers. What do you think?

As you may have guessed, the main point is that we at Steba only invest in what we really believe in.
During Cosmoprof 2018, we designed the vegetable cardboard pens sponsored for PizzAut: the VegetalPen.Once again, we thought of a product that would carry a message: a pen made of recycled material.

In 2019 we believed in it even more with the cardboard furniture and box gadget in which we presented three organic bottles of Steba:
“Steba Srl participated in Cosmoprof 2019 Worldwide Bologna”

In 2020, we will be even more incisive and careful in communicating our involvement for the environment.
Steba always aims to convey an idea through simplicity and creativity; after all, Steba is the “creative side of packaging.”

PizzAut, Steba and the Social

Steba has always shown great interest and involvement in environmental sustainability: “Recycled plastic packaging and scenario”
But not only that, we have also always turned our eyes to the social and to the nonprofit associations.

For example, PizzAut is the project that aims to start a social inclusion space, in this case a pizzeria, run by autistic children: www.pizzaut.eu

And Steba continues to embrace PizzAut: “Not just containers: incubators
In fact, over the years, we have actively participated in the cause.
I am happy to recall that we were present at the laying of the foundation stone for the construction of the PizzAut restaurant.

And Steba’s “social” goal is to continue to support children.

Stefania Incerti Baldi tells us, “I think ‘being there’ is very important for change.
I really like and believe in this project especially because I really see inclusion.
In fact, a Pizzaut event is not only a time of inclusion for autistic children but for anyone who has the opportunity to participate: it is a time of gathering because you know, you talk, you listen, and above all, you share.

The year 2020 has begun, and Steba has many valuable activities on its calendar to grow with its customers and improve the world around us.
