Before the interview begins, we find a note on the table that struck us because it reflects the “creative” strength of Stefania Incerti Baldi, the company’s administrator.

The note reads:
“I didn’t read the questions so I wouldn’t be conditioned in my answer…for me Steba is jet.”

And his instinctive and professional spirit conveyed it in this interview just as he conveys it daily in his commitment and dedication to his work.

Steba is a solid business that has been marketing in creative and quality cosmetic packaging for years now.
A family business that over the years has grown to become a certainty for its clients thanks to the right mix of expertise, knowledge, confidence and creativity that the whole team conveys starting right from Stefania.

As we anticipated to you in the “Holiday Re-entry 2019” article , among many other projects we also managed to interview Steba’s management to try to get to know even more about such an interesting reality as the Milanese company.

And it turned out to be a sincere, engaging and curious interview with interesting insights directly from the administrator’s voice.

We decided to present the entire interview in several issues to make it more agile for you to read given the many topics covered.
