Also this year for us at Steba, the vacations are over and we are ready to resume our activities with more enthusiasm than before. The summer break has helped us develop new ideas and projects, which we look forward to presenting to you.
Among the various things we are working on, the development of new ideas related to biopackaging and green always occupies a prominent place. In this regard, we will continue to inform our customers about ecological trends related to plastics and the importance of adopting environmentally friendly behaviors.
Second, but not least, we will continue to work to provide suitable packaging for the unfortunately still ongoing health emergency, especially in anticipation of the reopening of school facilities.
Finally, Steba continues its commitment to social work, supporting realities in which it firmly believes including the non-profit PizzAut, a special pizzeria run by boys and girls with autism.
Steba and green projects
Steba believes in plastic recovery and seeks through its articles to inform and educate customers and consumers. To do this, we do not stop informing ourselves about ecological trends and thus about biopackaging.
The recycled and sustainable plastics Steba offers for its products are many, and our goal, in addition to staying constantly updated, is to incorporate new green solutions.
In fact, in one of the last articles published, we introduced a new recycled plastic, Bantam, and which we have included within our product catalog. It is among the best solutions designed so far to solve one of the most current problems: ocean plastics.
In an effort to inform and raise consumer awareness, Steba planned for next month to create an article in which to highlight the aesthetic and functional differences of sustainable plastics (Sugar Cane, RPE, and RPET) versus non-recycled plastics.
In addition, another of our goals is to continue to “educate” consumers to make proper use of plastic products. We believe that plastic is indispensable for everyone’s daily use, but if disposed of improperly, it can do a lot of environmental damage.
On the contrary, an attentive consumer will know how to act consciously and employ plastic in the best possible way even after its use, through separate collection. Only in this way can it be recovered and brought to life again.

The sanitation emergency and Steba sanitizing containers.
In the face of thehealth emergency from Covid-19, Steba continues its efforts to meet the demand for sanitizer packaging that can contain substances that are very useful in protecting against the infection and spread of Coronavirus.

Steba and commitment to social work
Finally, Steba wants to continue supporting non-profit associations and has taken the PizzAut Project to heart in recent years, participating enthusiastically in every one of its initiatives since 2018.
We look forward together with the boys to the opening of the pizzeria, which, unfortunately, due to Covid has been delayed. We gladly took part in the brilliant idea of President Nico Acampora of Truck Food: an alternative solution not to suspend the boys’ activity.
