Pad printing on packaging

Pad‑printing service: precise logos and details on curved or irregular surfaces.

Pad printing is an indirect decoration process that transfers ink from an engraved cliché to the part via a silicone pad.

Ideal for text, pictograms, codes and high‑definition micro‑details on bottles, caps and closures.

  • How it works: the cliché is inked and doctor‑bladed; the pad picks up the ink and transfers it while conforming to the surface.
  • Suitable substrates: plastic, glass and metal. Low‑surface‑energy plastics may require pre‑treatment (corona/plasma).

Excellent on curved/irregular surfaces and small print areas; retains sharpness even on very fine lines.

Fast multi‑colour printing (“wet‑on‑wet”) with consecutive passes and no lengthy drying times.

  • Wide selection of inks tailored to each substrate.
  • Capable of non‑UV processes when the substrate requires.
