A business incubator is “a facility created to facilitate and support the establishment and development of new enterprises by providing them with tangible and intangible services.” A social incubator is a program to support and accelerate the sustainable development of socially oriented businesses and services. This is what PizzAut, the social inclusion lab dedicated to boys and girls with autism started in the restaurant business, needs today.
At the moment, the project relies on the support of a network of host venues, but the ultimate goal is to open its own pizzeria. To do this requires support, backing and acceleration.
