In fact, the last pandemic year has also put a strain on the raw materials market, generating increased costs throughout the supply chain to finished products, which did not exempt Steba packaging.
In detail, the events that laid the foundation for the generalized increase in costs were:
- Thethinning of traffic and transport, not only of people but also of goods
- the scarcity of raw materials available on the market
Consider that commodities have often reached price increases of more than 50 percent, with cases of additional tens of percentage points.
As much as we have been able to cushion the increases, we have reached a point where even we at Steba have to adjust to the new price lists.
In any case, our goal is to continue to ensure high professionalism and quality, even at a particularly difficult time like this.
