Before the interview begins, we find a note on the table that struck us because it reflects the “creative” strength of Stefania Incerti Baldi, the company’s administrator. The note reads, “I didn’t read the questions so as not to be conditioned in my answer…for me Steba is spur-of-the-moment.” And she conveyed her instinctive and professional spirit in this interview just as she conveys it daily in her commitment and dedication to her work.

Steba is a solid reality that has been marketing in creative and quality cosmetic packaging for years now. A family reality that over the years has grown to become a certainty for its customers thanks to the right mix of expertise, knowledge, confidence and creativity that the whole team conveys starting right from Stefania. As we anticipated you in the article “Holiday Re-entry 2019,” among the many projects we also managed to interview Steba’s management to try to get to know even more about such an interesting reality as the Milanese company. And it turned out to be a sincere, engaging and curious interview with interesting insights directly from the voice of the administrator. We decided to present the whole interview in several issues to make it easier for you to read given the many topics covered.
